Over the past several weeks, our team has been dealing with a series of hardships—including an unexpected eviction from our shop, serious health challenges, and internal sabotage from a former employee. These events have placed us in a difficult financial and operational position and have pushed us farther behind than we ever intended.
We know this has affected you, and we want to sincerely apologize. None of this is your responsibility, and we fully acknowledge the frustration and inconvenience this has caused. Please know that we are taking ownership of the situation and working tirelessly to get everything back on track.
Right now, we are finalizing a deal on a new facility and putting structured plans in place to get caught up, complete outstanding work, and restore the level of service you expect from us. We are committed to making things right.
We’re also aware that rumors are circulating that misrepresent our situation as intentional. We want you to hear directly from us: we have absolutely no intention of scamming anyone. The accusation is hurtful and simply untrue. Our dedication to our customers remains unchanged, even through this rough patch.
